Spark Performance Team Registration Dancer's Name * First Name Last Name Would you like your dancer to participate in our Big/Little Sibling Program? * Each dancer age 9 or younger will be paired with an older dancer who will be their “Big Sister/Brother” for the season. They will bring each other a small gift or treat to each competition and performance. This is a great way for our older dancers to mentor younger dancers and help them feel welcomed and comfortable, and for team members to bond across age groups! *Please only opt in if you can commit to bringing a gift to EVERY competition! Yes No Specialty Dances Would your dancer like to be considered for a solo, duo, or trio? This requires a significant commitment of time and finances. Not all dancers will be given this opportunity--we'll base our selections on auditions and what we've previously observed of dancers in class.
